金羽月光中秋禮盒。
迎接中秋送禮旺季，19號發酵奶油今年攜手台北市長春路老餅舖，且擁有 30 年深厚資歷的漢餅職人楊守憲，打造全台首款以19號澄清無水奶油製作的金羽月光中秋禮盒，即日起開放預訂，全台限量僅 500 盒。
繼去年推出義大利水果麵包 Panettone 引發迴響後，19號發酵奶油今年將目光轉向傳統漢餅文化，曾為多家餐飲品牌操刀月餅幕後研發的楊守憲，承襲山東籍老匠人一絲不苟的精神，並以獨門鬆柔蓄勁技法聞名，相較於近年流行口感較偏緊緻脆硬的法式片礫狀層酥，楊守憲堅持以傳統漢餅為基底，即使擺放多日，酥皮依然保持輕盈化口酥鬆不黏舌。
本次合作特別採用19號澄清無水奶油，該原料去除水分與非乳脂固形物，富含天然焦糖香氣，能讓酥皮層次更為顯著且不易軟塌，楊守憲堅持採用費時耗工的小包酥工法，將油皮與油酥以 1:1 的黃金比例逐一手工擀捲包製，打造出兩款工藝級中秋糕點。

其中，一款飛羽蛋黃酥的油皮與油酥全數以澄清無水奶油為基底，經兩波段火候烘烤，呈現如羽毛般柔薄鮮明的黃金層次，內餡嚴選減糖客製烏豆沙，搭配噴灑高粱酒輕烤去腥的 20 天以上醃製鹹蛋黃，入口展現奶油焦糖香與鹹甜交織的優雅風味，另一款月光綠豆椪則以澄清無水奶油留香不留色的純淨特性，烘烤後呈現如滿月般皎潔的白淨外觀。內餡以純綠豆茸為底，巧妙融入素食香鬆研磨白芝麻花椒與核桃碎，口感潤滑清甜且帶有層次豐富的鹹香。
金羽月光中秋禮盒即日起至2026年8月24日止開放早鳥預購，提供精緻 6 入裝與澎湃 12 入裝兩種規格。活動期間購買任一規格禮盒均享每滿五送一優惠訂購滿 10 盒含以上再享單一地址免費宅配服務，限量售完為止。
